We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team.
St. David's Court in Goole, is anindependent living scheme dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, promoting independence and offering a safe, inclusive environment. It consists of 7 self-contained flats and 3 bedsits, each equipped with it's own kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The individuals we support also enjoy access to fantastic shared amenities designed to foster a sense of community and personal development.
In this role, you will provide personalised support to the individuals who live here, helping them live independently while ensuring their well-being. Your work will focus on promoting life skills, offering emotional support, and encouraging participation in daily activities and social opportunities.
Some day to day activities include:
Assist individuals with developing and maintaining independence in areas such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
Help facilitate social activities, encouraging engagement with the wider community.
Work alongside individuals to achieve personal goals, including hobbies.
Ensure safeguarding and well-being are prioritised at all times.
Collaborate with the team to create individualised care plans and regularly review progress.
No experience is required - We have a fantastic training programme, which will give you the skills and knowledge you need to excel in this role.
What we do need is someone with acompassionate and caring nature, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team and a willingness to undergo relevant training and development.

1.3 Why do we collect this information (purpose)?

You are providing this information in order for us to form a contract that will allow us to use your details and information presented so that we may provide recruitment services to you and carry out statistical analysis.
1.4 Who may we share this information with?
Personal details you provide in this registration:
• Will be made available to us and our processors.
• Will by preference be searchable on our candidate database.
• Will allow you to optionally receive notifications on relevant jobs you are seeking.
• Will be used for communication with you regarding recruitment.
• Will be used for statistical analysis.

Your candidate account will be deactivated after 6 months of inactivity. You can deactivate your account at any time. At the same time as this, your data will be fully anonymised.
1.6 How can I access the information you hold on me? Your rights
We are dedicated to providing reasonable access to visitors who wish to review the personal information retained when they apply via our website site and correct any inaccuracies it may contain. Visitors who choose to register may access their profile, correct, and update their details, or withdraw their details at any time. To do this, visitors can access their personal profile by using their secure login. In all cases we will treat requests to access information or change information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
