About the Role
As a Service Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contract requirements. You will champion innovation, digital engagement, and continuous improvement to enhance the lives of those we support. Your leadership will help create a culture that values human rights, diversity, and active citizenship.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop teams to provide outstanding support.
Drive service improvement by using data-driven insights and reflective practice.
Manage financial and staffing resources efficiently to maintain high standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including families and health professionals.
Support workforce development, including training, supervision, and recruitment.
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 with a willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or earlier equivalent qualifications such as Level 4 NVQ in Leadership and Management for Care Services (LMCS).
Experience in a management role within the social care sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of compliance, safeguarding, and best practices in care.
A values-driven approach with a commitment to inclusion and continuous improvement.
Comfortable using digital tools like Microsoft Office and data reporting systems (e.g. Power BI).
